How to Become a Volunteer
Volunteers will be needed on November 15th and 16th, 2023, to help set up for the event from 6:00 AM until done. If you cannot join us all day, please come when you can – lunch will be on your own.
On November 15th and 16th, days of the event, general volunteers will help with traffic control, help with registration, or wherever else you may be needed. Help will also be requested on this day to take down and clean up the site after the event.
When students arrive, you can be assigned a group of approximately 10-50 students to guide through a schedule of “hands-on” activities and equipment. You will be with the students from 8 AM until 2 PM when they board their buses to return to school. If you have a construction background and can answer simple questions that will spark student interest in the industry, please consider being a Group Leader.
On November 15th and 16th, all volunteers need to arrive by 6:00 AM and report in at the registration table. You will be directed from that point.
