The Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) Southern Arizona is a chapter of the world’s oldest and largest association representing swimming pool, spa, and hot tub manufacturers, manufacturers’ agents, builders, designers, distributors, suppliers, installers, retailers, and service technicians.
