How you can Volunteer?
We are looking for volunteers and need you to help us make this event a success. Help set up, take down, be a group leader, or offer an activity for students. Get your company involved in developing our future construction workforce.
Volunteers will be needed on November 2nd and 3rd 2022 to help set up for the event between the hours of 6:00 AM until done. If you are unable to join us for the whole day, please come when you can – lunch will be on your own.
On November 2 and 3 the days of the event, general volunteers will help with traffic control, serve lunch, help with registration, or wherever else you may be needed. Help will also be requested this day to take down and clean up the site after the event.

Plan for you
We encourage the construction industry to support this event, which gives students the opportunity to explore careers in construction. Sponsorship is needed to meet our expected budget for Career Day expenses. No amount is too large or too small. Review the SACCD Sponsorship Form for details here. We also can use specific items (pens, hard hats, backpacks, etc.) which a company may sponsor and have their logo on the item.
Please email ramon@tucsonasphalt.com to arrange for a specific sponsorship of a needed item. Sponsorship is also needed to provide an activity for ALL high school students to explore the variety of career opportunities available within the construction industry. Please host ‘hands-on’ experiences, to allow students time to question and receive information from expert contractors in construction.
